“You’re Not Fooling Anybody, Clown”

From Lowering the Bar, a drop-off-the-couch-laughing lawsuit. I’ve bolded the central personal injury cause of action:

Personally, I have no doubt this was a deliberate attack:

Darlene B___ v. Jerusalem Temple Ancient Arabic Order of Nobles of the Mystic Shrine; Praetorian Insurance Company; Board of Supervisors for the University of Louisiana System; George Carden Circus International Inc.; THE Insurance Co., No. 2014-07176 G (New Orleans 7/22/2014)

Personal injury action. Plaintiff injured her shoulder when she forcefully fell into the camel cage at defendants’ circus after she was backed into by a clown.
