This story made me so mad. What on earth was Bon-Ton doing putting a woman employee who was being threatened by her husband on leave????
So now Bon-Ton is “changing its policy”???? What is wrong with this place?
Too many question marks? OK, I’ll stop. But read it:
Bon-Ton put an employee threatened by her husband on leave. In a settlement, it agreed to change its policy to allow such employees to stay on the job.
