I’m deeply sorry.
I am not happy the deli is closing. Neither is the guy who run Katz’s Deli–which is way, way downtown from the Carnegie, i.e., not really competition. Thus, his letter to the New York Times. There is a sweetness in the letter, especially when he talks lovingly about how deli meats are created.
