Complaints of pregnancy discrimination filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission rose 65 percent between 1992 and 2007, outpacing the increase of women in the labor force, and there were more than 3,500 filed just last year.
Does it sometimes seem that American corporations, especially financial ones, are still morally stuck in the 1950s?
Hard to believe but obviously true. I want to say to them, “Oh grow up!”
