Another victory for the revivified EEOC

From the blog of Legal Times, here’s a report about cases pursued by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, an unusual case supporting the Americans with Disabilities Act. There’s a good quote from an EEOC lawyer in a case the Commission won, and news of another lawsuit just filed.

I’ve been doing a lot of worrying about how plaintiffs with good cases but without money can be vigorously represented in lawsuits. So I especially like that the EEOC is acting aggressively on behalf of just those people I’ve been worrying about.

And please use my link on the right side of this page to enter the EEOC data base and find out what the EEOC will do for you.
