Brit Hume Rails Against Sexual Harassment Law

I’ve deliberately not mentioned the Herman Cain sexual harassment business because, well, I don’t want to taint Sidebar with nonsense about any of these characters running for the presidency. Of the United States. You remember, that office once occupied by Washington, Lincoln, Jefferson, FDR.

But now, thanks to MediaMatters, I must mention it because Brit Hume (Murdoch employee) has taken up the cause of challenging laws that allow us underlings to sue for sexual harassment in the workplace. According to Hume (why does he know this?), these laws are no longer necessary:

Hume claimed that, while at one point, “subordinate employees were at a terrible disadvantage when subjected to unwanted sexual advances by their superiors,” now the situation has reversed itself and “those superiors are at an equal or greater disadvantage.”
