I’ve stayed away from mentioning the various accusations and concomitant legal sniffs about John Travolta.
But after reading today’s tidbit, I do want to say this: if you have ever had dreams of becoming celebrated … wake up. It’s not only a weird, lousy life without a shred of privacy as large as a lettuce leaf, it is a life that attracts litigation. Celebrities are giant, juicy targets; if one guy sues, a whole bunch jump on the pile.
It’s not that I feel sorry for the famous. I’m just so glad I am not among them.
