Class action: woman lawyer versus Big Law, with EEOC approval

All about gender discrimination. Francine Griesing worked as a lawyer for years at big law firms. She quit Big Law, started her own practice and filed a $200 million class action lawsuit against Greenberg Traurig, the last big law firm she worked for.

First, she filed a complaint with the EEOC which gave her the seal of approval to move forward into the lawsuit.

Griesing settled the case in May, via arbitration.
