I was wrong. Viktor Bout was in USP Marion. So that’s where there’s a vacant bed. Upcoming inmates can rest a bit more easily; Marion is medium security. Has a pretty nice façade, although I don’t know what advantage that would be to someone inside.
And the commissary list offers six ramen soups.
