I found this punny snippet from the New York Law Journal. I can’t get the whole article but want you to get the same kick out imagining the circumstances as I did.

(It sounds like a lawsuit for Lowering the Bar, doesn’t it?)

And kudos to Joel Stashenko for the myriad puns. He must have had a lot of fun covering this case.
