That’s the heading in yesterday’s New York Times. Especially after reading and noting The New Yorker piece about Clarence Thomas—posted here as “Clarence Thomas and His Supreme Court”—I’m grateful almost to the point of tears that federal judges in regressive tribal lands like Kansas, Texas and Alabama are actually judicious.
