Court Rejects Plaintiff’s Reason for Boycotting Deposition

A federal magistrate judge found a plaintiff in a race and gender employment discrimination case cannot boycott a deposition after she said opposing counsel made racially offensive comments off the record in an earlier deposition.

This is one confused, or unstable, plaintiff.
