Good thing that Alexander Sanger, the grandson of Margaret, had an opinion piece in today’s Daily News, also about the proposed constitutional amendment in Mississippi. He reminded me that not only abortion will be a criminal act, but any contraception that interferes with fertilization, such as an I.U.D. or the “morning after” pill, would also be criminal.
Here’s what he had to say about it: Republicans’ war on abortion rights continues: But we can’t give up the fight for women’s rights.
Boy, we are not going to Mississippi any time soon, are we? Unless we’re going down there to register people for sane, intelligent and humane voting.
