“Eataly diner sues after allegedly cutting mouth on piece of glass”

Here, the Daily News uses the word “allegedly” with sharp emphasis. Because when you read the whole piece, you’ll be hmmming, “I don’t know about this lawsuit.”

And you’re right to hmmm:Eataly, as it happens, has video cameras! Which captured the entire so-called episode. So let’s see how far this lawsuit gets in court.

But, gee, Daily News, you could have printed a more flattering picture of Mario Batali.
