Hmm. Two Fair Labor Standards Act judicial decisions from New York Law Journal abstracts–one for strippers and strip club D.J.’s (I’d written previously about Rick’s, a strip club, and a lawsuit against it but since the NYLJ abstract doesn’t name the club or the judge, I’m not sure if this is the same case) and this one, for a food distribution company’s delivery workers who had not been paid overtime.
