Finding a lawyer: Low bono? Yes, for “modest-income” legal clients

Nineteen New York law firms have pledged $1.9 million to help provide affordable legal services to people who make too much to qualify for free legal aid. This marks the second “low bono” project announced this year by firms attempting to address the pressing need for legal services in this market.
