Florida judge denies a public defender nursing breaks

This one comes under the subheading, “What the hell is wrong with these guys?” There is such a thing in civil rights law as reasonable accommodation, and allowing a nursing mother-lawyer a break seems to qualify as “RA.”

One thing wrong, of course, is this took place in Florida. We do not have high expectations for Florida, do we? But hey, Florida is losing its coastline and its land at such a rapid rate, pretty soon we won’t have to have any expectations of Florida, because there won’t be a Florida.

Big sigh of relief.
