Girls gone wild, Vegas, death threats, famous musician? What more do you want?

I hope you’ve all been following the lawsuit Vegas casino guy Steve Wynn filed against the “Girls Gone Wild” guy Joe Francis. You have, right? Well, I haven’t, not really. But Steve Wynn won. He won $20 million, in this slander lawsuit.

Joe Francis has a wild imagination, apparently. Anyway, Quincy Jones was involved but not really and I’m sure Steve Wynn needs more money, and I’m sure Joe Francis can pay it, not really, but anyway Joe Francis said that “he expects the verdict to be overturned on appeal due to judicial error.” Give him points for realizing that appeals are almost always based on judicial error claims, not simply on the “I don’t like what the jury decided!” claim.

And besides, Francis “owed Wynn’s casino $2 million…” Is this what is known as doubling down? I need someone to explain that term to me.
