“Harassment in the Workplace”

A New York Times editorial on a case just heard by the Supreme Court:

Harassment in the Workplace – NYTimes.com.

I especially love Justice Elena Kagan’s description of how a “professor who subjects a secretary ‘to living hell…'” is the situation that should apply here.

Actually, this is an excellent example for anyone suffering workplace harassment and feeling that a lawsuit is the only way to get justice. To us sufferers, justice is direct and simple. To justices and judges, though, it can be parsed and over-defined endlessly.
