For some reason, this revelatory (in so many ways) piece from the legal web site Above the Law points out that the lawyer behaving really badly is a patent lawyer. Since I don’t know any patent lawyers, I can’t weigh in on whether it is this legal specialty that attracts or produces offensively nutty men, or whether it’s just Above the Law’s own focus.<\/p>\n

Women, you must read this. Women who are or have been employed by male pigs (that’s all of us, right?) must absolutely read this. While the pig\u2013uh, I mean, patent lawyer in question has been punished by suspension, why am I convinced this will be a employee discrimination and sexual harassment lawsuit?<\/p>\n
