Recently while I was posting a couple of entertainment lawsuit tidbits, I kept thinking I’d heard something about the Beastie Boys suing.<\/p>\n

I did. But I was wrong; the Beastie Boys are being<\/em> sued. Here’s the story: Beastie Boys Fight Online Video Parody of ‘Girls’ – NYTimes.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n

I leave it to you to figure out why, if a Beastie Boys’ song is being used against the BB’s wishes to advertise toys, it’s the toy company that’s suing the BB’s instead of the other way around.<\/p>\n
