They promised her a full head of hair, but it was a bald-faced lie, a $15 million lawsuit says.<\/em><\/p>\n

A real estate exec says she shelled out over $250,000 to a clinic that promised to \u201crestore her hair and confidence\u201d \u2014 and wound up leaving her permanently bald.<\/em><\/p>\n

Deborah Betesh\u2019s lawyer, Bruce Baron, said what happened to his client at the Microdot Technique was \u201can egregious case of fraud, misrepresentation and deceptive business practices.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cThe defendants preyed on someone who was hoping to remedy something that was truly a burden and they\u2019ve now destroyed her life,\u201d he said.<\/em><\/p>\n
