A Brooklyn attorney who was convicted in 2013 for his role in a scheme to swindle an elderly woman out of her multi-million-dollar property in Harlem and deceiving a bank into awarding a mortgage for it has been disbarred.<\/em><\/p>\n

And presumably (from the headline) he filed an appeal and wants to keep working until then? Am I being too clich\u00e9-ridden to call this chutzpah?<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Has the word “chutzpah” itself become a clich\u00e9?<\/p>\n

Should I stop asking these questions right now?<\/p>\n
