Carrasquillo, L&amp;T 59451\/2015<\/em><\/h1>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em><time datetime=\"June 24, 2015\"> June 24, 2015<\/time><\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row main-page-div\">\n<div class=\"span7 stalkerOffset\">\n<div class=\"article-text decision-summary-text\">\n<ul class=\"docket\">\n<li><em>Civil Court, New York County, Housing Part R<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Judge Sabrina Kraus<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Court Awards Rent-Stabilized Tenant Additional Abatements for Rent-Impairing Condition.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>And another similar one, in which tenants were apparently threatened with eviction by a landlord who was judicially reprimanded: the apartment was rent stabilized and the tenants couldn&#8217;t be evicted. [That&#8217;s my non-legal interpretation of this. Maybe I&#8217;m wrong, but&#8230;the tenants won.
