I picked up this news from SCOTUSblog, which does what its title says it does: reports on the Supreme Court.<\/p>\n

This essay is in effect an announcement of a new publication which looks terrific (although the cost, $125, is a bit too high for me). From the introductory essay published here, I’d think this is a thoroughly erudite book, probably meant for lawyers, law students and researchers.<\/p>\n
