I just read this, in the New York Times:<\/p>\n

“There is a perception, not altogether unjustified, that this department’s Civil Rights Division goes beyond fair and balanced treatment, but has an agenda.”<\/p>\n

That from Jefferson Beauregard Sessions, nominated to be head of the department he’s referring to–the Department of Justice.<\/p>\n

Duh? Well, yeah, Mr. Sessions, “this department’s Civil Rights Division” has<\/em> an agenda: civil rights. Which, by definition, has to do with uncovering and prosecuting what is un<\/em>fair and un<\/em>balanced.<\/p>\n
