At Aeon<\/a>, Tonja Jacobi and Dylan Schweers explain that their \u201cnew research\u00a0on interruptions among justices during Supreme Court oral arguments indicates that women still do not have an equal opportunity to be heard in the highest court in the land.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

And when they say “women,” they mean women lawyers presenting before the Supreme Court AND women justices sitting on the Supreme Court.<\/p>\n
