Yes, dear readers, in one-half hour I am heading downtown to Court.<\/p>\n

Why? Well, sure, there’s a compliance conference in my broken metatarsal misadventure lawsuit \u2014 which I have been until now observing only peripherally \u2014 but today I am attending Court because … I’ve been attempting contact with my Foot Lawyers for over a month, with no success.<\/p>\n

Three e-mails, one phone call. No response.<\/p>\n

So I’m going to Court to corral whichever associate (I’ve counted eight over the past three and a half years so far) is currently working on my case and to have a little confab. Along the lines of, “What the fuck is going on?” Although I will not use strong language.<\/p>\n

I have specific questions and one specific request: I want copies of all major documents in my file.<\/p>\n

So keep in touch. Later today, I’ll tell you what happened. The big point to make here is: no client should have to go to court to chase down her lawyer. And if I don’t get solid answers today, Sidebar<\/strong> will be changing the name of my lawyers from Foot Lawyers, PC, to their real names.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
