Remember that ProPublica and New York Times story about how Jared Kushner made himself into a slum lord in Baltimore? And his beleaguered tenants sued?<\/a><\/p>\n

I don’t want to make too much of this — the judge denied Kushner’s motion to dismiss the case —<\/a> because it’s sort of automatic that defendants in a case like this will file a motion to dismiss and will get turned down.<\/p>\n

But. The case isn’t going away. Good for tenants, bad for Kushner.<\/p>\n
