Does this report exonerate Trump from the charge that he obstructed justice?<\/p>\n

The report is divided into two volumes. Volume one concerns the Russian interference in our election. Volume two concerns obstruction of justice.<\/p>\n

I haven’t finished reading it yet — it’s meaty and fascinating — but for me the sentences that send big bells ringing out are in Volume Two, page 2:<\/p>\n

Fourth, if we had confidence after a thorough investigation of the facts that the President clearly did not commit obstruction of justice, we would so state.
