The federal government is failing. Their reaction is slow and meager. If Trump wants to think of himself as a wartime president he needs to appoint a real wartime general. Someone, possibly a real military general, who knows how to organize, deploy, take no shit, kick ass and get things done with urgency. Trump just said \u201cwe are not a shipping clerk\u201d regarding complaints on his inept response in supplying protective equipment to health care workers.
