Florida, again!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Yesterday&#8217;s <em>New York Times<\/em> printed an AP item about another disgraceful new law produced by the heat-stroked Florida, governed by Rick Scott (I provide the emphasis, with this excerpt):<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><em>Florida: Few Drug Users Among Welfare Applicants<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><em>Preliminary figures compiled under a new state law requiring drug tests for <strong>welfare applicants<\/strong> show that they<strong> are less likely than other people to use drugs, not more<\/strong>.
