From the Times report on Trump’s interview with Laura Ingraham:<\/p>\n

During the interview with Ms. Ingraham, Mr. Trump claimed that \u201cwe had somebody get on a plane from a certain city this weekend, and in the plane it was almost completely loaded with thugs, wearing these dark uniforms, black uniforms, with gear and this and that.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Probable reality: Trump’s campaign is paying for the transportation of armed white supremacists to BLM protests.<\/p>\n

In the same Fox News interview, Mr. Trump said he believed \u201csome very stupid rich people\u201d had been financing the racial justice protests that took place in Washington last week and around the country in recent months.<\/em><\/p>\n

Indubitable reality: Evil and stupid rich people are financing Trump.<\/p>\n

This rumor, too, is a pillar of the baseless internet conspiracy QAnon<\/a>. The theory states, falsely, that the world is run by a group of Satan-worshiping pedophiles that is plotting against Mr. Trump while operating a global child sex-trafficking ring.<\/em><\/p>\n

QAnon followers, who number in the millions, believe that this clique includes top Democrats like Mr. Soros, Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama. And they believe that real and actual political power resides not with public candidates like Joseph R. Biden Jr. but with these individuals exercising their secret power beyond any immediately visible public link.<\/em><\/p>\n

Dark reality: Trump has been involved with Jeffrey Epstein who was running a pedophiliac trafficking network. The rumors about Trump’s behavior in Moscow have led to suspicions that Putin has tapes of him. If those tapes only involve Trump having sex with prostitutes, I don’t think they’d worry him too much, unless we’d have to see his naked body, and\/or unless he can’t get it up. I suspect the Russian prostitutes were very young.<\/p>\n

And how about Denny Sanford, a billionaire and GOP donor, being investigated for child pornography?<\/a><\/p>\n

As for Satan-worshipers, how about the Republicans who went to Russia on July 4, 2018? <\/a>Their partisan machinations since have provoked major suspicions and criticisms that their so-called investigations have more to do with supporting Putin (and his puppet, Trump) than with valid investigations.<\/a><\/p>\n

And the permanent projection, rigged elections.<\/p>\n

Reality: Trump with Putin did their best to rig the 2016 election<\/a> and is working overtime, i.e., tweeting incessantly, to rig the 2020 one.<\/a><\/p>\n
