Here, from the September 26 New Yorker<\/em>‘s Rebecca Mead, is another maddening upstairs-downstairs disturbance, also in litigation:<\/p>\n [Showy socialite Daphne Guiness’s] master bathroom is similarly mirrored, so that one might lie in the bath and see oneself reflected above. Last year, however, Guinness stopped lying in her bath; she had repeatedly allowed her tub to run over, and the hedge-fund manager who lives downstairs sued her for a million dollars, citing damage and emotional distress.
