After, I dunno, a year or more of those robo calls warning me that my car warranty has lapsed<\/a>…<\/p>\n

After I kindly informed them that I don’t have a car and never have had a car and ergo do not have a car warranty…<\/p>\n

Just now, I listened to what I was sure was the last primary election candidate phone message (yesterday was Election Day) and…<\/p>\n

It wasn’t!<\/p>\n

It was those car warranty scammers who are no longer mentioning “car” in their scam pitch. They’ve modified the scam to remind me that they’ve sent me many notices about how my “warranty” is expiring. No car, no specific device mentioned. Just a general, hey anything you’ve got warranty, we don’t care, how about the warranty on your tissue box?<\/p>\n

Big sigh.<\/p>\n
