Judicial Watch, a conservative activist group that spread falsehoods about inactive voters\u2019 votes being counted in the 2020 presidential election, released emails obtained through a Freedom of Information Act request showing that Major Biden had bit more members of the Secret Service than previously disclosed; the dog was the second presidential German shepherd named Major to be removed from the White House, after Franklin D. Roosevelt\u2019s dog bit both British prime minister Ramsay MacDonald and Hattie Wyatt Caraway, the first woman elected to the U.S. Senate. \u201cAt the current rate an Agent or Officer has been bitten every day this week,\u201d read one of the emails. After seeing a report of a dog bite, an agent asked, \u201cWas it Major?\u201d Another agent responded, \u201cMinor. Did break the skin.\u201d The first agent then explained that he was referring to the dog, to which the second agent responded, \u201cDog: Major. Injury: Minor.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n This is what I’ve noticed about conservative activist groups of all stripes and names: they find a small and universally insignificant oops in the verbiage of publicized news items and they head into CAPITALS about sinister irregularities.<\/p>\n Which confuses everyone but often leads to witty finality: “Dog:Major. Injury: Minor.”<\/p>\n P.S. If Judicial Watch is devoting itself to criticism of Joe Biden’s dog, what does this say about the Watchers?
