Feels as if all the people I read and follow are fed up with the fake piety and treacle-osity of “Thoughts and prayers.” Which itself has been shrunk from “All my thoughts and prayers are with you in this difficult time.”<\/p>\n

We’re sick of it, right? Especially those of us who may have thoughts every once in a while, but who never pray.<\/p>\n

So today, in response to a sublimely sarcastic use of “thought and prayers,” I suggested we collapse that into an acronym easier to type: TAPs.<\/p>\n

TAPs.<\/p>\n
