\u201cAmong the very rich is a higher percentage of unpleasant and not very attractive people,\u201d said the president of Bard College, defending his attempts to raise funds from Jeffrey Epstein.<\/em><\/p>\n A good assessment, Leon Botstein, aforementioned pres of Bard. But “unpleasant” and “not very attractive” do not quite describe the late Jeffrey Epstein’s character.<\/a> Not even the category I’m using for this post — “the filthy rich” — describes Epstein.<\/p>\n I’m sure Botstein has a thesaurus or two around his office within which he could have come up with other terms to embrace pedophiliac sex trafficking and rape.
