But, no, that’s not the news indicated in my headline up there. For that, I leave the Times and head to Harper’s Weekly Review:<\/p>\n
The Supreme Court heard arguments from a California attorney who wants to trademark the phrase TRUMP TOO SMALL so he could put it on T-shirts.<\/em><\/p>\n No idea how and why this phrase made it up through our judicial system. No idea what it means. But given the make-up of our current Supreme Court, I’m encouraged.
