A man who says a rat bit him on the penis while he was being held in a Long Island jail can sue Nassau County, a federal judge ruled yesterday.<\/em><\/p>\n

Peter Solomon claims a rat or “similar rodent” bit him when he was jailed in East Meadow in 2007. He filed suit the next year.<\/em><\/p>\n
