TICKETMASTER, a Delaware Corporation,<\/p>\n No. BC304565<\/p>\n NOTICE OF PROPOSED SETTLEMENT OF CLASS ACTION<\/strong><\/p>\n …This proposed settlement…is on behalf of a nationwide class of consumers…who (1) purchased tickets on Ticketmaster’s website…between October 21, 1999 and October 19, 2011, (2) paid money to Defendant Ticketmaster for an Order Processing Fee…that was not refunded, (3) did not and do not opt-out of the Class, and (4) were residents of one of the fifty United States at the time of their purchase.<\/em><\/p>\n And it goes on for 10 pages of single-spaced type, all of which I’d read if I had time. But I don’t, thanks to my two other lawsuits, both of which have sprung branches.<\/p>\n However, I am one of the Class, along with Curt and Peter. (Hi, Curt and Peter! Thanks for doing this.) And I’m surprised. Ticketmaster? I’ve been thinking about when I might have used Ticketmaster. Can’t remember.But I certainly was never the beneficiary of a Ticketmaster refund, did not opt out (I wish they hadn’t put a hyphen in there!) of a lawsuit I never knew about, and am certainly a resident of one of the United States.<\/p>\n I’m being represented by a couple of lawyers: Steven P. Blonder (whose law firm has the appealingly strange name of “Much Shelist, P.C.”), W. Michael Hensley, Esq. and Robert J. Stein III, Esq.<\/p>\n I have nothing further to tell you about this.
