Three Rulings Against Women’s Rights<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n I wonder. Do the states passing these punitive, regressive laws against women understand how closely they resemble theocracies like Afghanistan, Somalia, West Bank settlements and the Vatican? And do the judges affirming these laws know that the robes they are wearing are looking an awful lot like ayatollahs’ costumes?<\/p>\n Let’s name those judges: James Teilborg, John Kane and seven of the eleven judges sitting on the Eighth Circuit bench in St. Louis.<\/p>\n There are more and more places in these Disunited States where I would not travel.
