Thing is, he slipped on concrete at the stadium. It is a classic slip-and-fall personal injury lawsuit. And not only did Bush slip, so did Browns quarterback Josh McCown.
C’mon, St. Louis. This game is dangerous enough without players slipping on your concrete. This past Sunday, my team, the Giants, lost our big defensive lineman, Jonathan Hankins, to a pec tear after he made a great play–on the field, on the grass. No football player should be endangered the way I, an individual, was when I broke my metatarsal on a bad piece of sidewalk.
This lawsuit should do what lawsuits accomplish: get changes made.
