Suit: Give back $300G in gems

The owner of a helicopter charter company is trying to recover $300,000 in jewelry that eh gave to his girlfriend before she died.

Michael Roth, 59, has sued the estate of Lisa Cortese, asking for the return of 25 baubles – including two Rolex watches, diamond rings, earrings and pendants.

Cortese, who died of lung cancer in September, agreed that the items would be given back to Roth so he can pass them along to his daughter, according to a lawsuit filed in Brooklyn Supreme Court.
