Judge punches down Kushner motion to dismiss.

Remember that ProPublica and New York Times story about how Jared Kushner made himself into a slum lord in Baltimore? And his beleaguered tenants sued?

I don’t want to make too much of this — the judge denied Kushner’s motion to dismiss the case — because it’s sort of automatic that defendants in a case like this will file a motion to dismiss and will get turned down.

But. The case isn’t going away. Good for tenants, bad for Kushner.

After all, we need a bit of good news these days, right?
