Jury verdict report on an invasion of privacy-family lawsuit

I’m glad these reports are hitting the internet, although I’m not sure how instructive this one will be for us average people.

A woman sued her sister for invasion of privacy. The defendant-sister did not show up in court, so the plaintiff won a default judgment. But a jury was instructed to determine what the damages should be.
