“Late-night host prevails over ‘Flying Rabbi'”

The New York Law Journal provided this?  Late-Night Host Prevails Over ‘Flying Rabbi’

A Brooklyn appellate court has rejected the claims of man who sued over a comedy bit on a late-night show that used a YouTube video without his permission.

The Appellate Division, Second Department, on Wednesday upheld a lower court’s refusal to let Dovid Yehuda Sondik, known to Brooklyn neighbors as “the Flying Rabbi,” recover damages from late night host Jimmy Kimmel or the network, ABC.

Note: I’ve categorized this as “intellectual property lawsuit,” but that is really stretching matters. What else to call it?
