Lawsuit news! OMG, can’t believe I’m doing this!

Just when we all thought I was done with news about silly lawsuits–i.e., those that make us all either scratch our heads or laugh out loud–I picked this one up from New York lawyer, Eric Sanders.

Thanks, Eric.

Caution: this involves a “Sex and the City” writer who rented a townhouse in Greenwich Village for three months for what sounds like a FORTUNE. (Well, what qualifies as a fortune to me.) And then she tried to back out of the deal, so if you’re sensitive about real estate prices in New York, and rentals, and rental deposits, and availability and such, screw up your mouths before you read this.
