The federal government is being dragged kicking and screaming to a realization of the reality of the pandemic. Every hour delayed will result in more deaths. As head of an ICU in northern Italy said when asked what could be done to help him, he replied, “State a casa! State a casa! State a casa!” “Stay home! Stay home! Stay home! The USA needs to shut down nationally, not state by state over time. Reducing crowds from 500 to 250 to 50 will not cut it. Restaurants, bars, gyms, everything needs to shut down as of yesterday. Mass quarantine nationally should be the order of the day.
