News about the newly aggressive EEOC

I’ve noticed that a number of people wind up on Sidebar after searching on the term “EEOC”, i.e., Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, which I’ve recommended and linked to here → →

Because I follow some legal websites on Twitter and elsewhere, I just ran into this, from a corporate law firm advice website called In House — these are law firms the business of which is defending corporations, not prosecuting on behalf of plaintiffs — about the new, aggressive attitude of the EEOC.

While the website is advising its corporation lawyer-readers, it’s tacitly giving us individual plaintiffs advice as well, about the changing nature of the EEOC. Take a look, at: The New EEOC: Aggressive, Litigious and High Profile – HR & Employment Law – In House.
